In NetLimiter, its shown as overall internet usage but none of this usage is shown by any other processes except for things like steam, opera and games if they're running. Sadly NetLimiter wont allow me to limit it since the process in which the hotspot is handled doesnt show up as an actual program, and as such, im not able to control it. I can tell that the bandwidth is being hogged by the hotspot since i have both Networth and NetLimiter installed, both giving me live updates on internet usages, i can see that the spiking is happening from within my pc, shown to me by networth's taskbar interface indicating my usage topping the bandwidth (400-500kb/s) and inmediately going down if i turn the hotspot off. The problem isnt the people connected to the router, noone on my house is connected to the router, we are all connected to my hotspot. ISP>Neighbor's Router>PC+Wireless Lan card+Antenna>W10 Hotspot + USB Wifi Antenna. The router is on the other side of the street, ill explain my setup in a more straightforward way:
